In the default setting, after submitting a survey, it is possible to open the survey again by clicking on “Next participant”. In this way, several people can share a device and the response rate is increased.
If you don’t want to use this function, go to “Options” in the respective survey and activate the slider “Hide ‘next participant’ link”.
Changing this setting is also possible during an ongoing survey.
